Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs in Ogden, UT

• Receive and reconcile payments daily from our customers
• Work with channel managers to resolve discrepancies and disputes
• Provide weekly progress reports on discrepancies and disputes
• Help onboard new accounts with managers and software engineers

• 1-year minimum experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to recognize the relative value of accounts and prioritize accordingly
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
• Ability to make quick, smart decisions with limited information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• Learn/retain product information quickly
