Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be proficient in financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status - Match payable invoices to pick tickets - Code invoices and enter into computer - Check invoices against month end statements and process for payments

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Strong numerical aptitude with excellent math skills
- Familiarity with coding procedures
- Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus
- Ability to perform account reconciliations and journal entries accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
