Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable/Billing Manager is responsible for oversight of billing, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations at Boston Partners.  This position will be replacing a long tenured manager and will be transitioning over a period with the manager’s training. This position will work alongside the Controller to replace the legacy AR/Billing system to better handle Boston Partners’ growing client base and complexities. There is an opportunity to reorganize the group’s responsibilities to better tackle the broadening workload.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly / quarterly billing cycle.
• Monitoring and collection of aged accounts receivable.
• Calculate Performance fees.
• Work with various internal teams to assist with the formulation of fee structures.
• Assist with all operational issues in regard to billing.

 
Requirements

• Must be detail /control oriented.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management.
• Must demonstrate an ability to take ownership of processes/responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years’ experience in asset management or financial services accounting / operations.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to understand impact on financial statements.
• Knowledge of Revport and Workday software is a plus.
