The Assistant A/R Manager will be responsible to organize work and job functions within the Accounts Receivable Department. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, validating that all billing is submitted within the time frames required. Review census information from facilities to maximize collections and improve efficiency. Train and cover for open slots of accounts receivable staffing. Review and submit claims required.
Degree in accounting or business or equivalent work experience is required. Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and managed care required. The individual must have good interpersonal, writing, computer and analytical skills.
