We are seeking a full-time or part-time motivated candidate to join our growing team in a small casual but professional office environment. We need someone who has experience in accounts receivable, payables, COI’s, office related tasks, strong Microsoft Excel skills, can handle a large volume, is very detail-oriented, with excellent communications skills.

Education/Experience/Requirements:

• Accounts receivable experience a must
• Construction invoicing/retainage required
• Familiar with AIA G702/703 forms
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
• Bank Reconciliation/Credit Card Reconciliation
• Must pass a background check
• Professional but personable team player attitude
