Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding operations in the accounts receivable function of an organization. Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Receivable Supervisor monitors collection period and sends follow-up inquiries regarding payments for the organization. Negotiates with past-due accounts to resolve all payment issues in a timely manner. Additionally, Accounts Receivable Supervisor implements standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls. Generates reports to bring insight into collections, account ages, and other relevant metrics and relays conclusions to management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Key Role:
Serve as the lead and key functional project member providing oversight for multiple AR teams, supporting project set-up, invoicing, collections, and risk management processes, and supporting the financial systems transformation ERP implementation for the firm. Optimize cash flow by providing guidance and setting the priorities to organize people and resources toward an effective and efficient pursuit of predetermined results while ensuring compliance against SOX key controls and regulatory requirements surrounding the billing and project set-up. Manage and control Unbilled costs to optimize Billed Receivables and work with various leadership to facilitate resolution in a timely manner. Collaborate with client teams, contracts, and internal financial staff to identify and work through complex challenges and provide creative solutions. Lead AR teams, work through others to optimize results against predetermined targets, and shift priorities to meet department and firm monthly and quarterly targets. Lead change management activities in the department, creating, socializing, and implementing new and innovative processes and strategies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
