Provide feedback to Activity Director for monitoring achievement of facility and program goals
through a team approach.
Chart daily on each residents involvement
Lead an interactive activity program, which constantly strives to enhance the quality of life for each resident.
Activities will be held daily and schedules may vary
Perform other related duties as assigned.
