Description
This position plays a lead role in creating and offering activities of special interest to developmental service clients. Responsible for developing, preparing, scheduling and facilitating in person and zoom group activities of choice for clients receiving community support funding. In order to organize effective services, the collaboration with the manager of direct support professionals and case manages is essential. Good working knowledge of the needs and abilities of individuals with intellectual disabilities and the Individual Support Agreement desirable. Supervise peer support staff. Also provide agency support to the self-advocacy group Addison County Speak-up. $19.95/hour at 30 hours. Fully benefited position. EOE
