Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being an Activity Specialist is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Activity Specialist performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsibilities
- Our CSRs are the first touchpoint to client interactions and provide exceptional customer service during every step of a visit to CCVS
- The CSR handles in person, email and telephone interaction, maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail services
- Respond quickly and calmly to crisis while maintaining a high standard of client care
- Communication: Convey messages to clients and teammates to ensure successful patient and client care
