Ability Inclusion Services (previously known as Work Activity Center) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist individuals with disabilities to increase independence by overcoming work related barriers. We are seeking to hire an Employment Specialist in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas of the valley who will assist in the development of individuals to gain meaningful employment.
The ideal candidates would be self-starters, extremely organized, have the ability to pay close attention to detail, and will maintain a working knowledge of the needs of each assigned customer.
SCHEDULE: Full-time (30-40 hours) with a flexible schedule. Monday-Friday with weekend support as needed.
Starting pay is $17 per hour, with ACRE Certification the pay is $18-19 per hour with a potential for bonuses for placement of individuals.
