Overview:
The operations coordinator is a multifaceted position involves managing various operational tasks including device management, uniform management, package handling, and storage and office supplies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Device Management:
- Distribute devices to employees as needed.
- Collect devices from employees upon termination or when no longer needed.
- Set up devices for employee use, including software installation and configuration.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any shortages or additional needs.
2. Uniform Management:
- Monitor stock levels of uniforms and report when reordering is necessary.
- Receive and distribute uniform deliveries to employees.
- Ensure proper sizing and distribution of uniforms according to employee requirements.
3. Package Handling:
- Manage both outgoing and incoming packages, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
- Coordinate with courier services to facilitate smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain organized records of package shipments and receipts.
4. Storage and Office Supplies:
- Oversee storage solutions for equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient use of space.
- Keep office supplies fully stocked and replenish as needed.
- Address any storage or supply-related issues promptly to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or operations management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and external partners.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
