We are seeking to fill a full-time Resident Advocate who is responsible for assisting and supporting our residential mental health and substance abuse clients through their treatment experience from admission to discharge.

We are seeking to fill the these shift:

- Night Shift ( 10 PM to 7 AM)

- Weekends Included

Responsibilities

• Supervises medication call and drug screening of clients as required
• Provides transportation services as needed
• Provides client supervision
• Completes admission paperwork and orientations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• First aid and CPR certified
• Must be able to pass LiveScan background screen
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Must have at least 1-year experience working in chemical dependency and mental health field
• Computer literate and able to communicate clearly both written and verbal
• Knowledge of policies including ethics, appropriate boundaries, and patient confidentiality
• Ability to confront behavior changes and know when additional support is needed
