We are currently in search of an enthusiastic, professional Desk Adjuster. In this role you will?

• Maintain/monitor diary of claim files by collecting, organizing, and documenting all relevant information to ensure all files are handled and touched on a regular basis.
• Review Field Inspector?s estimate and photographs taken of insured?s property to prepare a report for third party administrator?s review and authorization (i.e. coverage, denial, estimate). This first report entails a detailed review of the events surrounding the insurance claim/loss and damages to said property per client?s applicable coverage review.
• Prepare applicable denial/partial denial letter(s) for carrier?s review and issue said letter upon carrier authorization.
• Review estimate with Insured to obtain an agreed price and a sworn statement of proof of loss.
• Review supplemental claims or requests for holdback.
• Provide exceptional customer service support to Insureds, Public Adjusters and Agents.
• Although infrequent, travel for educational purposes and occasional marketing.
• Other duties as assigned
