Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for operating scanning equipment, organizing, categorizing scanned files, and ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
· Put postage on the mail for the checks to be mailed out/put outgoing mail in the mailbox.
· Keep a record of facility postage so we can charge that back to them at the end of the year.
· Make labels and folders for the upcoming year and box up previous years files to be sent to storage annually.
· Will fill in for front desk receptionist, take certified mail to post office, take deposit to bank, and make labels/ folders for new vendors as needed.
· Operate independently and make decisions on priorities.
· Ensuring the security and confidentiality of scanned documents and information.
· Additional duties as assigned.
