Administrative Assistant - Bilingual performs secretarial and administrative duties in two or more languages. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials. Being an Administrative Assistant - Bilingual responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with customized correspondence in the required language. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Additionally, Administrative Assistant - Bilingual is fluent in two or more languages and prepares document translations. Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Administrative Assistant - Bilingual works under moderate supervision. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be an Administrative Assistant - Bilingual typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.     Qualifications:

    • Master degree in occupational therapy
    • Valid State certification
    • Staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and educational regulations


    Skills:

    • Evaluate students ability to perform daily task and identifying areas where improvement is needed
    • Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific life skills, sensory, and motor challenges
    • Utilize purposeful activities to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities
    • Working closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for the student
    • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of student progress and the effectiveness of treatment
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to provide guidance and support
    • Advocate for students occupational therapy needs within the school system and promote their inclusion
    • Demonstrate patience, empathy and understanding when working with children and their families
