Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for
Administrative Assistant opportunities for our customer
in
Amarillo, TX to support the
Pantex Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support within the Information Technology organization.
- Preparation of complex correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Perform document reviews to ensure correct grammatical format.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars within organization to ensure proper meeting coverage.
- Record, track and monitor assigned deliverables.
- Entry and maintenance of correspondence in organization records repository.
- Participate in meetings to capture assigned actions.
- Specific Knowledge Requirements:
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend applicable written and/or oral communications.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to fluctuating tasks.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Requires ability to establish, maintain, communicate, and coordinate advanced administrative programs and projects.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, and 6 years of experience.
- The position is full time with hybrid remote work.
- Must be US citizen.
- The individual does not require a Q clearance to begin work but must be able to obtain and maintain a Q clearance.
