Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant for a Furniture Manufacturing company located in Torrance CA.
Candidate must work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday (1st shift)
Payrate: $16 - $18hr (D.O.E.)
Requirements:

2 years of experience in administrative/event management/ marketing-related roles.

Experience supporting and working with executives and business owners.

Tech Savy (Open to learn new Sofware)
-
Knowledgeable with social media platforms and third-party social management tools.

Organize and able to prioritize workload.
-
Team player with a can-do attitude.
Job Duties:
-
Assist with quotes, invoices, purchase orders and payment tracking using Excel.

Coordinate schedules, planning meetings and travel.
-
Customer/supplier support and provide tracking updates (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, Ground, LTL).

Track projects to ensure work is done on time and on budget.

Create presentations using PowerPoint and other software.

Assist sales team with marketing and sales information.

Input Rep and dealer sales orders into tracking system and follow up with status.

Assist in sending samples to customers/dealers/sales team as needed.

Other administrative responsibilities as needed.
