The required shift for this position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Assist members face to face: PCP changes, ID cards, OTC orders, Billing issues, DME issues, RX issues /questions, provide product information on the products we offer, and other duties assigned.
Host community events: Baby Showers, Arts & Crafts, Line Dancing, Zumba, Back to School events.
Monthly activities: Birthday celebrations, special events, Holiday events, AEP celebration, Nurses Week and more).
Community Partner: Educational Events and trainings, Monthly Community Partner Appreciation (access to our conference room)
Ability to network to gain community partnership
Administrative Assistant Requirements
Excellent Customer service skills
Self-Starter/Self-motivated
Administrative experience
