Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ingenious General Construction. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and computerized.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support event planning and coordination efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in construction-related tasks or environments is a plus.
We will be relocating to Walnut Creek, CA, and are in search of an office in the area.
