Your role will involve setting broad goals, making impactful decisions, and demonstrating leadership with substantial autonomy. This challenging yet rewarding position requires a Master's degree in Nursing, Administration, or Business, coupled with 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, including management at the department head level.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Administration, or Business.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare.
• Certification in specialty preferred (must be valid in the state of Michigan).
• Strong working knowledge of nursing standards.
• Previous acute care hospital leadership experience at a similar sized facility
