Qualifications/Experience:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Efficiency in maintaining records of all referrals, follow-up calls with referral sources, and other community agencies. Coordinate all office intakes for client services to include maintain a schedule for multiple clinical staff. Complete monthly Medicaid verification, referrals, and clinical assessment reports. Monitor incoming calls and messages. Request, review, and submit supply request. Other job duties as assigned.
