We are looking for an Administrative Assistant 1 to join our team in the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Administrative Services (DAS). In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors to DAS and will handle a variety of administrative tasks to help keep our office running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, drafting correspondence, managing timesheets, arranging travel, and assisting with division recruitments. You'll also play a role in supporting the activation of Alaska Organized Militia service members into State Active Duty and ensuring accurate paperwork tracking.
