This position is primarily reception and when not assisting clients, will assist our staff with light bookkeeping tasks. This person is the first face and often the first voice our clients see/hear and therefore very important to the everyday activity of our office. Priorities are answering the phone and directing the calls, greeting walk-ins and helping them get what they need, and general support of management and team members. There may be more duties available depending on experience and skill set.

    Skills Required:

    -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    -Proficiency with Windows operating system, excellent computer skills

    -Excellent Communication Skills - Email, phone, in person with Clients, Management & Co-workers

    -Attention to Detail, Ability to self-check work, multi-task

    -Strong Organizational Skills

    Education Requirements:

    • High School diploma

    Experience Required:

    -2 years’ administrative or receptionist experience in a professional office preferred.

    -Other skills that would be helpful but not required:

    • Knowledge of Quickbooks (desktop and online)
    • Admin experience in an accounting firm

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
