Create and monitor the monthly repair report.
Prepare and monitor distributor lead follow-up reports.
Create and monitor reports for outstanding customer equipment.
Provide customers with requested equipment, software, and or test kit documentation including SDS files, Certificates, and/or operator manuals.
Create incident trend reports and returned equipment failure reports.
Assist with documentation of customer issues and creation of customer orders for replacement equipment.
Assist with customer sample testing and/or equipment calibration.
