As a new Admissions Coordinator at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a fulfilling day-to-day experience focused on making a difference. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth transition into our care community. You will manage inquiries, conduct tours, and provide detailed information about our services, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Each day will involve collaborating with various departments to coordinate care plans and gather necessary documentation.
