Job Responsibilities
As the Marketing/Admissions Coordinator, you are responsible for the following:
- Generating referral and admissions activity to meet and exceed census budget
- Understanding insurances and managed care to appropriately place patients
- Conduct tours of facility with potential residents and their family members
- Marketing your facility as the preferred provider within your hospitals and community
- Completing and processing admission paperwork and reporting
Job Requirements
If you are compassionate and want a career with a growing company, this is the position for you! Here’s what else you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Two to five years of healthcare experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
