What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with top-notch faculty and presenters to create meaningful, impactful programs for educators.
- Coordinate innovative programs tailored to educators' needs.
- Manage the logistics for programs, including room setups, supplies, lodging, technology, and scheduling conferences and meetings, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with faculty, presenters, and participants.
- Research and analyze program needs, ensuring alignment with educational goals and state initiatives.
- Administer online courses, assist in marketing programs, and maintain program databases, budgets, and schedules.
- Anticipate and address participants' needs, always striving for exceptional customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Someone with strong organizational skills who thrives on multitasking and attention to detail, anticipating needs and jumping in wherever needed.
- A people person who enjoys interacting and supporting groups in dynamic, high-energy environments.
- A tech-savvy team player who knows their way around Google Docs; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must!
- Experience with the Destiny One registration system is a plus, but not required.
- A collaborative professional with considerable knowledge of public and business administration principles.
- Skilled in managing projects, interpreting policies, and providing top-notch consultation.
- A proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and human relations skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and one year of relevant experience, or equivalent training and experience.
