Job Summary :
The Accounts Coordinator position is responsible for purchasing activities related to goods and services, as well as overseeing accounts receivable processes and internal office procedures.
This role requires strong computer skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and accounting sensibilities.
Monday - Friday
8 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM
Pay range $18 - $24 based on experience

Qualifications :
Experience with accounting, data entry, or internal office work.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
High performing computer skills (Windows, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint)
Excellent phone skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competencies :
Preference towards paperless accounting.
Financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities.
Ethical and professional conduct with a focus on customer satisfaction.
