Job Summary: 

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information about the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
3. Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services.
4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
7. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
8. Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
