Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position is an ambitious self-starter with a passion for International Advertising & Logistics. This candidate will have a proven track record of success with Amazon International, Walmart, and Target.  The chosen candidate will be an efficient, effective, multi-tasker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable projects with minimal direction. Most importantly, the chosen individual will be passionate about their career, expressing the ability to lead without authority and determination to solve problems with a fresh perspective.                      

Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple company partners with Amazon International, Walmart, Target, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Continuously implement best-in-class SEO to increase traffic and conversions, driving sales across international markets.
• Work cross-functionally with Lead Generation, Campaigns, and Creative teams to effectively launch new products internationally.
• Monitor competitive landscape, category trends and identify new product opportunities to launch and grow brand product lines internationally.
• Work in lockstep with Supply Chain, Operations , Quality and Regulatory to ensure healthy inventory levels across sales channels.
• Monitor, analyze and implement on-site Amazon Deals, Events, and international promotion strategy.
• Update and track international shipments for customer inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market freight rates.
• Provide communication with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Process all paperwork required for international shipments.
• Inquire about new carrier prospects to facilitate international growth.
• Prepare documentation, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for international shipments including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Resolve issues with shipments for customers and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems with a Diploma in supply chain operations. 
• Experience running platforms such as Criteo and Scale insight.
• Bilingual in English/Tagalog preferred.
• Ability to digest search data, identify relevant keywords and implement SEO across international listings.
• Ability to analyze international deals, coupons, and MAP pricing to drive profit.
• Must be highly skilled with international Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office Suite.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Advertising on Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations within the import/export industry.
