Our agency is looking for a proactive, motivated, accountable individual with a strong initiative and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the Account Executive team. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, possess strong computer skills, have strong attention to detail, and have eloquent verbal and written communication skills. College Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Arts, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting advertising Account Executives with research on client and campaign information
• Liaising between Account Executives and the Production Team
• Copywriting and proofreading for radio, TV, digital, and social media
• Conceptualizing and developing campaign ideas
• Obtaining quotes for printing and promotional products
• Preparing production billing for Account Executives
• Managing and developing advanced excel spreadsheets
• Minimal currier to local vendors and clients
• Social Media Management
• Additional related tasks including some office administration, filing, and answering phones

Compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
