Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the conceptual design, creation, and delivery of advertising campaigns through media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast. Analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Being an Advertising Coordinator develops audience targeting and strategy. Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

    • Delivers thoughtful and detailed planning briefs to all agency partners including internal teams such as the integrated investment team (buying), ad operations and insights & analytics and additional partners including but not limited to creative agencies
    • Understanding of offline and digital media
    • Deep knowledge of linear video, audio, digital, OOH, print and clickable digital tactics
    • Develop and mentor junior team members
    • Delivers high value reporting to clients
    • Strategic thinker
    • Review and lead presentation of reporting as needed inclusive of weekly write ups summarizing campaign performance versus goal and recommended optimizations
    • Bring innovative solutions to outstanding issues

    Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
