Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the conceptual design, creation, and delivery of advertising campaigns through media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast. Analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Being an Advertising Coordinator develops audience targeting and strategy. Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     The Operations Coordinator - Surgery, under the direction of the Director, Surgical Services is accountable for anticipating, assessing and analyzing the responsibilities necessary to ensure ongoing and effective surgical operations.

    Responsibilities
    • Anticipate needs of surgical department by preparing or gathering records, reports, correspondence, or other specific information.
    • Serve as a liaison between physicians/providers and the department leadership team to achieve effective communication and optimal operational processes.
    • Drafts agendas, minutes and department related documents for Allen Hospital and UPH-Marshalltown.
    • Handles variety of matters involving communications with various providers, team members, and committees.
    • Performs other duties as requested by Director to facilitate smooth and effective operations of the office.
    • Coordination of meetings for leadership team. (Special function & AV request forms filled out).
    • Maintains schedule and keeps leadership team calendar up-to-date and accurate.
    • Maintains appropriate files and records. Files and records are up-to-date and easily located when needed.
    • Interacts with physicians in a professional manner; provides timely follow up with all requests.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Ability to use computer and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    Preferred:

    • 3-5 years of experience preferred demonstrating excellent administrative skills, telephone manners, and respect for confidentiality.

    • Area of Interest: Administrative and Clerical;
    • FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.0;
    • Department: Surgery Administration- Logan;
    • Shift: Days Monday- Friday Adjustable hours between 0600-1630. No weekends or Holidays;
