Advertising Manager manages the implementation of the strategy, plans, and tactics required to create advertising concepts and campaigns that deliver results and meet organizational and stakeholder objectives. Controls the budget, expenditures, resource allocation, and project timelines for all advertising campaigns. Being an Advertising Manager identifies media channels and directs the placement of all advertisements and the development of promotional materials. Ensures consistent and effective branding and messaging in all forms of advertisements. Additionally, Advertising Manager deploys metrics and data analytics processes to measure campaign effectiveness and assess return on investment. Maintains awareness of industry and competitive intelligence and recommends innovative and new advertising methods and initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Advertising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Advertising Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Your Role and Impact
The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will assist with our digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Initially, this role will be focused on optimizing our campaigns in Google Ads and making sure Google Analytics 4 is configured correctly. As you gain traction, this role will evolve to include automation, experimenting with AI tools, and other undeveloped strategies, such as affiliate marketing. A data-driven approach is required to create, execute and optimize our marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue. While you will have a special focus on enhancing our SEO/SEM strategies and deepening our analytics capabilities, your contribution will not be limited to these areas. You'll also be involved in shaping and executing broader marketing initiatives, ensuring our approach is holistic and encompasses various aspects of digital marketing.
