Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients to sell advertising space
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze client needs and develop customized advertising solutions
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proven track record of business development and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of technical sales and ability to explain complex concepts to clients
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,774.00 per year
