Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives, driving patient acquisition, brand awareness, and operational scalability.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and support the expansion of our orthodontic services. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels, capable of creating synergy between clinical and retail operations. They will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing vision and helping us achieve our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee organic social content strategy to drive engagement and grow our online community.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize for improved ROI.
Creative Strategy & Media Buying:
- Lead the development of marketing materials that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Oversee media buying to secure cost-effective advertising placements across relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing content.
Operational Synergy & Scalability:
- Partner with the operations team to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals and new location launches.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in marketing processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the scalability of new services and locations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, encouraging a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Set clear goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, and support professional development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives smoothly.
Retail Integration:
- Apply retail marketing principles to enhance the in-practice patient experience and increase revenue.
- Implement promotions and merchandising strategies within our practices to engage patients and drive retention.
- Stay informed on retail trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Significant experience in retail marketing, with healthcare marketing experience as a plus.
- Proven success in leading and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with media buying and creative strategy development.
