- Assist client with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders(stock HERO medication dispenser)
- Provide companionship and emotional support to client
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Help client with mobility assistance and transfers
- Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records
- Ability to assist client with mobility needs
- Experience in assisted living or caregiving is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques
