Caledonia Home Health & Hospice, a division of Northern Counties Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team as a Weekend Supervisor. The Home Health & Hospice Weekend Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately on the weekend. This position can be offered as part-time (20 hrs/wk -Saturday & Sunday) or full-time (30 hrs/wk - Fri thru Sunday). The Home Health & Hospice Weekend Supervisor is responsible for receiving and coordinating referrals, scheduling, and processing workflow, and serving as a clinical resource to staff Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 8am-4pm. The successful candidate should possess 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience with an emphasis in home care nursing, knowledge of state and federal home and hospice regulations, excellent coordination and communication skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations with levelheadedness. Current VT RN licensure is required.
