Qualifications:

• Clear criminal background and drug screening.
• Customer service background.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to handle a fast-paced role with numerous bids/estimates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), electronic plan software, internet tools, and project management software.
• Preferred: Associates degree, 1 to 2 years of related experience, or equivalent administrative experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Align actions with the Company's Mission and Core Values.
• Read plans, blueprints, and specifications to navigate and research projects for estimates.
• Apply knowledge of UL96A, NFPA780, and LPI175 standards.
• Research project details for lightning protection and grounding systems, developing design concepts.
• Apply standards to structures for lightning protection and grounding estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors for special products and pricing.
• Collaborate with Division Coordinators and Manager to resolve estimate concerns.
• Prepare written proposals/quotes with a clear scope of work for customers.
• Document and record blueprint details, including materials and equipment.
• Utilize software for estimating with plans; Bluebeam, Google Earth, photos, etc.
• Review updated plans, specifications, layouts for changes in estimate.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company products, procedures, and industry standards.
• Work effectively in a team, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Make decisions on estimates and qualify quotes as needed.
