Role Description: Account Managers are responsible for coordinating and ensuring that ARM clients’ service needs are met and driving overall success to meet or surpass client KPI’s. Account Managers operate as a liaison between the client and ARM with their priority being to address the needs of our customers and respond to concerns in a quick and effective manner. This role is most effective when developing and maintaining strong working relationships and focused on continual learning.

Role Objectives:

• Primary point of contact and owner for all matters regarding designated client concerns and needs
• Create, strengthen, and maintain client relationships by acting as a client advocate
• Be a proactive source for identifying performance needs and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies for both clients and internal operations
• Identify opportunities for increased revenue and profitability programs
• Knowledgeable about client policies and statements of work and needs in the areas that client operates

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee overall performance and status with Key Accounts
• Collaborate with outside departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to client needs.
• Prepare reports on account status
• Track client assigned key performance indicators
• De-escalate client concerns and effectively communicate resolutions to address the concerns
• Generate proposals for client approval based on client and internal company guidelines
• Stay aware of best practices and recommend process developments for the client and ARM internal operations.

Location: Position is based In Spring Lake ARM Office

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Account Management or similar
• Proficient with MS Office and other software
• Adhere to company and client processes/procedures
• Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to track and analyze data
• Ability to prioritize, adapt and manage time productively
