Aircraft Maintenance Manager manages engineering tasks involving changes or alterations to designs or specifications of aircraft parts, modules, or systems to ensure calibration and safety. Implements procedures to guide the routine inspection of aircraft components to facilitate optimal and reliable functionality. Being an Aircraft Maintenance Manager oversees the scheduling and timely completion of repairs and maintenance ensuring budget adherence. Reviews documented issues and reports to determine repairability and evaluates recommendations for replacements, repairs, or modifications to ensure conformance with safety standards and performance requirements. Additionally, Aircraft Maintenance Manager evaluates aircraft data and technical documents and researches new technologies to identify areas to improve practices or processes. Job Summary:
Assist the Director of Maintenance and Golf Course Superintendent in managing and maintaining golf course properties, including the golf course and surrounding areas, maintenance equipment, golf cars, clubhouse grounds, and the sod farm/nursery. Train, direct and supervise greenstaff. Assist in planning maintenance and project work to achieve long-range goals. Oversee scheduling and routing of personnel and equipment to accomplish daily work. Keep accurate and complete records on maintenance procedures, pesticide applications, etc. Requires knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices; a working knowledge of golf facility construction principles/practices/methods, and an understanding of the rules and strategies of the game of golf. Requires some administrative ability, especially problem solving and decision making, excellent oral and written communication skills.

The expected pay range is $52,000 - $68,075. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
