Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor supervises the maintenance operations of aircraft airframes and engines to ensure safe and reliable performance. Oversees routine servicing and preventative maintenance to optimize the lifetime of aircraft airframe and engine components according to internal procedures, guidelines, and technical handbooks. Being an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor evaluates technical requirements to determine the tradeoffs between the repair versus the replacement of components and the effect on cost and safety. Implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal aviation regulations, standards, and specifications. Additionally, Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor informs and trains aircraft mechanics on current information from manufacturers and regulatory bodies. Coordinates and schedules inspections and follow-up tasks to ensure timely completion. Requires a high school diploma. Requires FAA Airframe (A) and Powerplant (P) Mechanic License. We are seeking a responsible and dependable candidate whose goal is to maintain the well-appointed appearance of the property and a hazard-free environment. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be expected to lead your team of Maintenance Technicians and Porters by providing leadership skills to motivate, teach and train your staff. You will be responsible for the physical condition of the community and ensure the most economical, proper, and safe condition of the property. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures. Regularly perform and report on property inspections, maintain and coordinate timely completion of work orders, and make readys and accurately record in Yardi. Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends, and holiday emergency service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5 years Residential Property Management experience
5 years’ experience in a Supervisory or Lead Maintenance role
Previous Yardi experience
Salary: $55,692 - $75,348 per year
