    We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Aircraft Sourcing Specialist to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the private aviation market, an established network of industry contacts, and a keen understanding of the team’s needs.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


    • Source private aircraft that fit the requirements and preferences of the operation ensuring optimal pricing and specifications.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with operators and team.
    • Ensure all legal, safety, department specifications are met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless transaction processes. Submit signed quotes and W-9 to accounting for operator payments.
    • Offer tailored solutions based on each mission’s needs, taking into account factors like budget, range, aircraft size, and amenities.
    • Attend industry events to maintain and expand the network and enhance knowledge.
    • Manage and update the company's private aircraft database regularly.
    • Manage and update the required documentation for approved vendors.
    • Address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Special projects and duties as assigned.

    BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or aviation preferred.
    • Minimum three years of experience in private aircraft sourcing or aviation brokerage.
    • Established network within the aviation industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
    • Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity.
    • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
    • Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools and aptitude to learn company software.
    • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • 365/24/7 operation - must be willing to work nights, weekends, and Holidays if required.
