Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Prime surfaces as needed
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role (Pictures of previous work would be helpful)
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- (Would be helpful not necessary) Experience with fixture installation, power tools, remodeling, trim carpentry, plaster work, stucco application, and maintenance person tasks is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
