Aircraft Painter jobs in Grand Rapids, MI

Harlo is seeking an experienced Painter. In the Painter position the Painter preps their work and the department works as a TEAM to complete parts in a priority order determined by your Supervisor. The qualified applicant will be willing and able to work overtime when necessary and know how to do the following:

• Know how to prepare various types of paint materials for spray application
• Clean, maintain, and keep in good repair the paint supply and delivery system.
• Cleaning, removing excess material, hand grinding, and hand or machine metal finishing parts prior to paint application
• Operate overhead crane
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

This is a 1st shift position with some overtime and the following benefits:

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Minimum of 3 years of painting experience in a manufacturing environment or auto shop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
