Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control / Runner team member to join our company. As a Quality Control / Runner team member, you will be responsible for visiting all job sites daily. Providing any needed supplies and or equipment to the onsite painting team. As QC you will ensuring that our painters are following proper painting procedures, from beginning to end and the client is happy. Review job site daily to ensure it is clean and picked up daily, the painters are being careful and following company standards at all times and staying on time and budget. This is a crucial role in our organization, as it directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our business.

Duties:

- Visit all job sites daily and walk site
- Communicate with the painting team on the job sites and the clients daily
- Perform quality control inspections daily at each job site and communicate with the office
- Analyze hours making sure the teams are on time and in budget, identify areas for improvement
- Make sure the client is well informed and answer any and all questions

Qualifications:

- Must speak English and Spanish
- 3 year equivalent experience
- Proven experience in quality control within the painting industry
- Strong knowledge of how to paint and the processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
