Description

The Ambassador ensures smooth flow of the different types of commercial vehicles that operate at FAI. Monitors the activity of Taxis, Shuttles, Tour Busses, and Delivery vehicles.

The Ambassadors make certain the driver of these vehicles knows where and how they are allowed to operate by interacting with the drivers that may not know the proper guidelines and procedures for each type of operation.

Once contact has been made, then the Ambassador documents the interaction on a log to be reviewed by other staff members.

The Ambassador works closely with fellow team members & the Operations Manager to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.

Other miscellaneous task as directed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial vehicle activity @ FAI.
• Communicate with drivers that are violating procedures.
• Document infractions to established procedures.
• Communicate repeat offenders to the Operations Manager for additional action with the company owners.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager.
• Always communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates.
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Miscellaneous task as directed by the Operations Manage.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.
• Transportation a plus.
