The National EMS Academy, which is a division of Acadian Ambulance, is currently seeking a full-time NEMSA Analyst for their Lafayette, Louisiana, location. The chosen individual is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and using numerical data to improve efficiency and optimize department results. Use data to assess company needs, look for trends, and look for areas for improvement

Demonstrate an understanding of all processes and policies within our department
Develop, analyze, and maintain statistics to identify staffing trends
Interpret data and communicate findings
Perform reviews of trends, make recommendations, and implement final solutions to improve current processes
Collaborate with internal departments and management team to implement changes
Support department in reaching goals through analysis
Monitor data to identify changes in trends, identify areas for improvement
Create reports and presentations to summarize data results
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, or other related field preferred
Previous experience in healthcare or education is a plus
Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team
An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills
Interpersonal Requirements:

Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed
