International Development Group (IDG) implements foreign assistance projects for the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and other donors. The company uses a matrix management approach – staff are allocated to multiple project and new business groups. These project and new business groups continually evolve and their needs for personnel change, so meeting needs requires constantly understanding the requirements of labor demanded and the availability and characteristics of labor supplied, in order to constantly match labor demand and supply on an ongoing basis. As the company grows, we have invested in new tools (including using Monday.com software), processes, practices, and training. The Manager for Resource Allocation and Initiatives will oversee these processes. The Manager also will manage various corporate development initiatives. The Manager will report to the Director of Corporate Services.
