The Director of Alumni Engagement is an externally-facing and highly visible advancement professional responsible for building relationships with Illinois College (IC) alumni to engage them in realizing ICs mission, vision and goals. This work will be achieved through a comprehensive, personalized, and meaningful alumni program that plays a vital role in helping the College achieve fundraising and engagement goals. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Vice President of External Relations, the Director will design an approach that identifies, qualifies, and cultivates alumni as ambassadors, advocates, and investors.
